Summary

Peggy Christian, aged 6, on 'Silver' with Arthur Christian, her father, standing behind. Peggy loved horses from a very early age. She lived with her parents on a sheep station near Yass in NSW, surrounded by many domestic and wild animals. There were platypus in the creek on the property. Peggy went on to study Veterinary Science. (information supplied by a researcher).
