Summary

Steam train locomative passing through Pichi Richi hamlet [also at B 9350]. According to a researcher, the railway was built in 1878-1879 but didn't open to public traffic until December 15, 1879 with two trains daily each way on that line. The line was first used for passengers on Easter Monday (14th April) with a train conveying over 200 people to Woolshed Flat for a cricket match.
