Summary

GENERAL: Model T Ford motor car which the Gaffney family used on their trip to Birdsville being towed by a horse drawn vehicle through the Diamantina River. This is probably the other Ford car mentioned in the article (The Mail 13th May, 1916, page 16) about the Gaffney Family trip. It is not the Gaffney car, which is described as a 'buckboard'.
