Summary

PORTRAIT: Reverend John Flynn, Presbyterian Minister at Beltana, 1911-1912, founder and Superintendent of the Australian Inland Mission. A researcher has added that the photograph was taken when Flynn was 31 years of age in 1912 just after he had completed his report which led to the formation of the A.I.M. later that year, as noted in the biography of Flynn by William McPheat, opposite page 48.
