Summary

Almond Blossom 5 miles from Adelaide. A lady opening a gate to allow a ca.1935 Vauxhall Saloon through. According to a researcher, this grove of almonds lined the driveway into the property known as "Wyndham". The roadway subsequently became Trott Grove, in the subdivision that became Oaklands Park (part of the district of Marion). A few remnant almonds still exist along the walkway that was once part of Trott Grove. NOTE: this is the same grove of almonds as that shown in B 60354/81.
