Summary

WIRRABARA: The backyard of a house owned by Mr. Curnow showing his collection of wind gadgets. A researcher has provided the following information: this photograph was taken beside Curnow Road on section 338, Hundred of Darling, looking south. The building hides what was once a wonderful flower garden and a goldfish pond under a palm tree. Mr Curnow sold the property to other fruit growers when he became too old to stay there, and later his house and shed were demolished to make way for a pine plantation. The 2014 Bangor fire destroyed the pines.
