Historical information

According to National Trust records, Mounted Constable Wegener was stationed at Willunga Police Station from 21 May 1919 to 4 July 1923. He lived there with his wife Ina and three young children. It's possible that the people in the photo would be Edwin Wegener, his wife and children. [from information provided by Willunga National Trust]. Their children were Ina Louise, (born 1915), Eric Edwin (born 1917) and Richard Albert (born 1919).
