General notes

A descendant of Albert Lionel Clayer also has a photograph of the original wooden station which became the batchelors' quarters, and a staff photo showing a number of people, including the person they believe is A.L. Clayer, his wife Clara Edith Clayer (nee Fry) and adopted daughter Leila Doreen Clayer (Fry) approx 1902 - Leila was 3 years old at the time.
