Summary

Pirie Street, south side, March 13th 1929. For alterations and additions made to the People's Palace in 1938 see B 8189. Site of the People's Palace: near side is 12 yards west of Chesser Street. Frontage 33 1/2 yards. The roofed balcony was added in 1911 according to HT Griggs, Architect. Salvation Army Congress Hall.
