All are wearing three piece suits and watchchains. [On back of photograph] 'The first S.A. Railways Standing Committee (Parliamentary Standing Committee on Railways) / Appointed December 3, 1912 / Harry Jackson was succeeded by John Verran on April 3, 1915 / Hence date is 1912-15 / From left to right: Back Row: John Sincock (Secretary), Harry Jackson and Henry Chesson / Front Row: William Hague, James Phillip Wilson, Percival Thomas Heggaton (Chairman) and Alfred Von Doussa'.
