Summary

View of Belair Road (later New Belair Road) taken from Observation Point (later Windy Point). A horse and buggy can be seen on the road, which is bordered by a stone wall and a post and rail fence. Tracks are evidence that the hillsides are being used as grazing land under remnant eucalypt trees.
