Summary

[General description] City buildings including the Town Hall and the National Bank of Australasia have been photographed from the median strip which is fenced off from the Port Road by a wooden latticework fence. Palm trees and a fountain can be seen on the left. There may be a celebration in progress because there is bunting flying from utility poles. [On back of photograph] 'Reproduced in the 'Advertiser" / The Port Road, Hindmarsh, with the Town Hall on the Right / 1928'.
