Summary

Drawing of a Scot in traditional dress. The inscription under the drawing reads ' "Wha'll be king but Charlie?" / McNab Lindsay. / One of the first authorities on Claymore and say naut; / the ancestor of David Lindsay (genus homo linsaeus) the / famous explorer, who discovered, among other things, / the future of the N.T. is still before it.' On the centre left is another inscription ' ...nnis Walker / Baugh' and at a rightangle to it is 'Ker(?) Baugh'. [it is assumed that this is the artist's signature].
