Summary

[General description] Two men, just visible on the other side of a high wall, are standing back and looking at the stable buildings which are being pulled down. Note the thickness of the wall in the partially demolished two storey section. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 747 / Jeffcott Street, east side / February 8th 1928 / stables / Far side of stables (in course of demolition) is 110.5 yards north of Pennington Terrace (Montefiore Hill) (Another hand) 'For view of buildings erected on this site in 1928 see B 5117.'
