Summary

[General description] This is a partially completed church built from light coloured brick (possibly painted) with 3 arched windows along the side finished with red brick quoins. The roof is tiled and there is a small porch. The caption for this photograph, taken from the 'Advertiser', April 3, 1928 is as follows: 'The completed portions of the new Anglican Church at Kensington Gardens—the chancel and portion of the nave—were dedicated on Sunday afternoon by the Dean of Adelaide (Very Rev. G.E. Young). The rector of the church (Rev. J. Warren) read the lessons. [On back of photograph] 'Reproduced in 'Advertiser', April 3, 1928 / Anglican Church, Kensington Gardens / 1928'.
