Historical information

According to researcher Miller, H., this house is mentioned in Martin Robert's 'Under Mount Lofty' a History of the Stirling District in South Australia 1987, which states it later became Olivet House. William John and Edith Isabel MILLER bought the residence from the Hawker family probably in 1910 and it was sold after their death in 1946 to the Misses Foy (?) who opened it as Olivet House for guests. The Miller family had named it Inverary pror to this. It has been in other private hands for many years since.
