[General description] This signed portrait of Charles R. J. Glover is in soft focus and shows the head and upper body of the subject looking at the camera. He is wearing wire spectacles, a wing collar, tie and a pin-striped suit. A businessman and public benefactor he was Adelaide's first Lord Mayor from 1917-19 and served two more terms from 1923-25 and 1930-33.
