Summary

[General description] This new red brick industrial building may be a motor business as two men are posing with a car in the doorway. The doorway has a roll-up metal door. [On back of photograph] 'Acres 282 & 281 / Ifould Street. North side / June 15, 1927 / Corner premises (extending as far west as the pair of down pipes) were erected in 1926. On this site were formerly some cottages which were demolished about Jan. 1926 before a photo. could be secured. / Site of building erected in 1926: Near side is 36 yards west of Daly Street. Frontage: 28 yards.'
