[General description] Adelaide University Buildings and surrounds, seen from an elevated position on a misty wintry day. On the left is the Mitchell Building and on the right is the Elder Conservatorium. A statue of Sir Thomas Elder stands upon a marble plinth, surrounded by palm trees, on the Goodman Lawns, in front of the building that he endowed. [On back of photograph] 'Adelaide University / August 1926.'
