Summary

[General description] Road and sky frame a group of light industrial city buildings, some of galvanised iron construction, others built from stone. Ortox Manufacturing and Thomas Kennedy's Wood and Coal Yard can be seen on the left. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 115 / Light Square, east side, north of Currie St. / July 19, 1926 / Left side of Ortox premises is 7 yards south of the north side of the square. Right side of two storey building on right is 31 1/2 yards north of Currie Street.' (Another hand) 'For view of Ortox premises after alteration effected in 1926 see B 3770'.
