Summary

[General description] A pair of workingman's cottages built from stone with brick quoins and corregated iron roofing. They have matching iron lace on their verandah posts. Part of another stone stone cottage is seen on the right. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 1 / North Terrace, west / June 24,1926. Left side of photo is 52 yards east of West Terrace. Right side of central cottage is 42 yards east of West Terrace. The appearance of the cottage on the left was changed in 1926 by the removal of the verandah and fence. In their place was erected in the same year a brick breastwork and a gable shaped verandah.'
