Summary

[General description] Probably St. Matthews Roman Catholic Church. The stone church, photographed from a newly planted garden, can be seen through a screen of gum trees. The beam and handle of a well can be seen bottom right. [On back of photograph] 'Church at Blumberg' (Another hand) 'St Mathews Roman Catholic Church pre 1920' (Another hand) 'Mr. B. Arnold, 3 Sheoak Drive, Athelstone has questioned (after intensive research) that this was the Lutheran Church at Birdwood. 8/12/77'.
