Summary

[General Description] Ladies are riding bicycles around the park track, possibly taking part in a race. On the other side of the railings a small crowd looks on. Children are sitting on the grass in the foreground. [On back of photograph] 'Frew Park, Mount Gambier / In the eighteen nineties.' (Another hand) 'Map 125, Sect. 1102, Allots 219 to 238 (approx) / The Park is bounded by Penola Road, North Terrace and Mitchell Street on three sides; the fourth side I think includes allotments 219 and 238 H.W.M. 1/1/27'.
