Summary

Acre 264 Franklin Street, Adelaide, south side. Photographed on January 27, 1925, soon after its completion. The confidence expressed by the new Mann's Motors' building reflects the growing popularity of the motor car. The car by the bowsers is a Chevrolet tourer, 21.7 horsepower, registration number 38420, owned by Mann's. The left side of the building is 25 yards east of Young Street. Frontage is 31 yards.
