Summary

Political cartoon by Pasquin, mid 1860s. The text under the image reads: 'DESIGN for a TROPHY to be erected at TIPARA in honour of the "TAX UPON GRASS" --- by the GRATEFUL SQUATTERS. Column, surmounted by the Conjuror of the CROWN LANDS, supported by the DISCOVERER of the great Key called "Capital" and the GRASS EDITOR who procured cheap good for the people by imposing a most iniquitous TAX upon the natural food of animals. Dedicated respectfully to the Anti-Squatters - by - PASQUIN - sculpt.'
