Summary

Exhibition of electric light fittings and electrical appliances. It was a display mounted by local engineering businesses at the official opening of the Grenfell Stree power station on 19 November 1901. At the far end, furniture retailers P Gay & Co (who built Gay's Arcade) have two display rooms. To the righ is a display by John Just & Co, and to the right again is a display by Todd Samuel & Anstey. Hedley Todd was Chares Todd's younger son, and J. K. Samuel later became chairman of the Adelaide Electric Supply Co.
