Summary

Residence at Urrbrae, set on a hillside in extensive gardens with a broad gravel circular driveway. There is a view over distant countryside. Completed in 1891 as the home of Peter and Matilda Waite it was designed by C. H. Marryat and E. J. Woods and built by Nicholas W. Trudgen. It replaced an earlier house on the site built around 1850 by Robert Forsyth Macgeorge who named the property after his home parish in Scotland.
