The Sir Josiah Symon Library in the Public Library of South Australia. He bequeathed his collection of English literature books to the Public Library of South Australia. This Scotsman who arrived in South Australia in 1866 aged 20 was a successful barrister and later entered politics. With others he worked on separating this country from England to become a federation. He also worked on the Constitution
