Summary

[General description] This red brick Federation cottage has a similar neighbour on the left. It is raised off street level with a basement and staircase leading to its front door. It has a half-timbered gable at front and a bullnose verandah with iron lace. A sign on the verandah reads 'Andrew Benko, Architect'. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 756 / Strangways Terrace, south side / 30th December 1954 / Left side of the centre cottage is 44 3/4 yards east of Strangways Terrace (see cadastral plan) / Frontage: 8 yards'
