[General description] This plain factory building is the premises of Borgia Brothers pasta manufacturers, founded by Francesco Borgia. He was an Italian immigrant who started his business in Ward street, North Adelaide in 1938 but he was interned two years later at the beginning of WW11. He re-started his business after the war.
