Summary

Aeroplanes at Parafield aerodrome which was officially opened in 1929 with passengers arriving on an inaugural flight from Perth. By the time of this photograph Australian National Airways was formed to fly passengers from Parafield to Perth, Melbourne and Sydney as well as country centres in South Australia. This photograph shows the crowds at the newly opened aerodrome
