Summary

King William Street, east side, and Rundle Street, south side. This photograph was taken before the coming of Sawtell to west side of Fauldings in Rundle Street. Compare with B 2098. The photograph shows the Bee Hive corner at number 2 Rundle Street. Simmons and Company hosiers and clothiers occupy the ground floor of the building. The Fauldings building can be seen on the opposite side of Rundle Street just a few buildings in from the corner. A horse drawn carriage is standing outside the Bee Hive corner and the words Norwood can be made out on the side. Sacks of grain stand under an awning on the north side of Bee Hive
