Summary

Murray Bridge, showing Railway Bridge from Western Side. The shared railway and road bridge was built in 1886. A separate rail bridge was built in 1925. The town, originally named Mobilong, was renamed Murray Bridge in 1924. This photograph shows a paddle steamer moored on the river bank as well as cranes for loading and unloading riverboats at the wharf
