Summary

Richard Liron Mestayer, born ca.1844 in London, son of Richard Mestayer and Eliza Mullens, died 1921 New Zealand, married Katherine Emily Kesteven 1878. The Mestayer family were French Huguenots and earlier generations had lived in Dublin in Ireland. R.L. Mestayer was a civil engineer in New South Wales and later New Zealand.
