Summary

[On back of photograph] 'Published in the 'Chronicle Dec. 2 1922 / Panoramic view of Adelaide form the Adelaide Oval.' [General description] Parklands around the River Torrens area are busy as a crowd of people are crossing the Adelaide Bridge on King William Street (which is partially obscured by trees) and making their way across the park. Traffic on Memorial Drive includes bicycles, motorcycles, cars and trams. Jolley's boathouse can be glimpsed in the centre of the view. The Museum and State Library can be seen in the distance on the right and the chimneys of the Adelaide Electric Supply are prominent in the centre distance.
