Summary

Althorpe Lighthouse. The Althorpe Islands are situated in Investigator Strait off the south western tip of Yorke Peninsula. The lighthouse and keepers' cottages remain as evidence of the islands' past use. The lighthouse was constructed from 1877 to 1879.
