Summary

Post Office and Government Offices looking from Victoria Square. The design for the building was the result of an architectural competition. Built of freestone the classical building was opened in 1872. The tower is known as the Victoria Tower. The photograph has been taken looking north west and includes part of the gardens in Victoria Square.
