Summary

[On back of photograph] 'Sea front improvements, Brighton / Effected in 1925 and 1926.' [General description] Cars are parked on Brighton esplanade and part of the beach is visible. Some people are standing in groups at the jetty entrance and others are sitting with their children on the beach or on benches. The building on the left with the dome is the Esplanade Hotel. In the distance sand dunes and open country can be seen.
