David Bell and Company Boot Shop appears in the middle of the photograph. AE Westley and Victoria House share a long single storey building to the right of the photograph. The butchers and a hotel can be seen among other township buildings.

St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church
St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. This church building was constructed in stages starting in 1848 and grow as the congregation outgrew the premises. The nave, gallery, spire and porch were added in 1865. The last of the buildings was completed in 1938 when the vestry was added.
