Adelaide Rowing club boathouse pre 1931. A new boathouse was opened 14th December 1889 after flood of April 1889. It was destroyed by fire 6th March 1931 and rebuilt, existing boathouse opened 31st October 1931. A crowd can be seen on the upper verandah and in front of the boathouse with three men sitting on the ground in front with two crossed oars.
