Men inspect a badly damaged 29.4 h.p. Chandler motor car, owned by Mr L.R. Moore of Semaphore, South Australia. After driving through flood waters on Lower North Road, near Cross Keys Hotel, on Sunday 10 June 1923, the engine stopped. When Mr Moore attempted to use the self starter the car exploded.
