A woman with a child on her lap. A contemporary inscription on the back reads 'Mrs Thomas Gilbert and their son Walter Havelock Gilbert to her father and Mother'. A later hand identifies her as 'Sarah Gilbert nee White born Yarlington, Somerset 1842' and goes on to to list her subsequent children and their dates of birth. See also B 72996 and B 72998.
