Metropolitan Fire Brigade Station, on the February 26th 1912. Two splendid horse drawn fIre appliances, complete with smart crews in polished brass helmets, pose proudly outside the FIre Station. Some schoolboys admire the spectacle. The right side of of the station is 33.5 yards east of Divett Place, and its Wakefield Street frontage is 33.5 yards.
