A small foundation stone ceremony for Newlandtown (Victor Harbor) Congregational Church in South Australia. The stone is being laid by Mrs J. Lamb on 15 May 1918. The stone is inscribed with the words: 'Newlandtown Congregational Church. This stone was laid by Mrs J Lamb, May 15, 1918'. According to a researcher, the church is located on the corner of Warne Street and Jolly Street, Newlandtown. It is currently in use by the Historic Motor Vehicles Club.
