One of the photographs from an album compiled by Rowland Proctor (Ron) Nicholas, taken while shearing at various locations around northern South Australia, 1931-1932. Other photographs from the album may be viewed by doing a number search on PRG 1435/1.

Historical information

According to a researcher, this Mashado was once owned by Joseph Edward Mashado, a shearer from Naracoorte South Australia (born 1896 - died 1951). His brother also a shearer was on the same trip.
