Shows the building site with steel scaffolding in place during construction of stage 2, where the Elizabeth store was expanded. Two utes and two Kombi vans are parked along the fence; the first three vehicles belong to Emmett contractors, while the ute at the end displays a sign for Mosaic Flooring. Photo taken 18 April 1973.
