Members of the 27th Battalion football team which defeated the 10th Battalion team, 10 goals 5 to 4 goals 5, on Adelaide Oval in front of a crowd of 35,000 spectators on 19 July 1919 as part of Peace Day celebrations. The 'Chronicle' lists the players in the team and the following have been identified by a researcher as follows: Back row (from left): unknown, H.J Harden, C.C. Eldridge, B.
