One of a collection of photographs taken at work camps at the Coober Pedy Aboriginal Reserve, one in August 1961 and another in August 1962. This image shows George Morousen skinning a wallaby outside a tent. the caption on the back reads 'George Morousen, whose father was an Afghan camel drover, is "right-hand man" on the reserve. He now has a one room house with 6 foot verandah all round, a prototype for mass produstion for the N.W. Reserve'.
