Summary

Government House and North Adelaide. The photograph was taken from the Shell Building on the corner of North Terrace and King William Street and shows a bird's eye view of Government House and King William Road continuing into North Adelaide. The older part of Government House is covered with creepers and scaffolding is erected around the north eastern part of the house. The scoreboard at the Adelaide Cricket Oval stands alone in the grounds. A bandstand can be seen in Elder Park. The photograph was taken in April 1933.
